Our theme for this year’s chapels is God’s Promises, and we are thrilled to feature a variety of guest speakers and heartfelt testimonies from our staff throughout the year. Each week, we’ll explore how God’s promises anchor us in His love and guide our lives.
For our first chapel, we had the privilege of hearing from Eric Seguin, who shared a powerful message centered on the promise found in Isaiah 41:10:
“So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Eric reminded us that fear has no place when we trust in God’s presence. Through personal stories and Scripture, he encouraged us to stand firm in faith, knowing God is always with us, providing strength and support.
As we reflect on this promise, we also hold onto the truth of Joshua 21:45:
“Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.”
This verse serves as a beautiful reminder that God’s promises are sure and steadfast. We are further encouraged by the words of 2 Peter 1:4-5a:
“Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature... For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness.”
Parents, we warmly invite you to join us for chapel each Wednesday morning from 8:00 to 8:30 AM in the school gym. It’s a special time to worship together and grow deeper in our understanding of God’s Word.
Let’s walk into this school year firmly rooted in His promises, knowing He is faithful to fulfill them all. We can’t wait to see how God works in our lives and community through chapel this year!
